e-Delivery

EU-qualified electronic delivery service with verified identity, guaranteed receipt, and legal proof of delivery under eIDAS.

Evrotrust e-Delivery is a qualified electronic delivery service (QeDS) that provides legally recognized digital document delivery with verified sender and recipient identiCan we fied via a mobile application, guaranteed proof of receipt, and tamper-evident content integrity.

Operating under Regulation (EU) 910/2014 (eIDAS), e-Delivery is the only digital service legally equivalent to registered mail across all EU member states. As a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP), Evrotrust undergoes regular independent audits to ensure full compliance and non-repudiable trust in every delivery. The service transforms critical business communications into legally certain, auditable transactions by providing cryptographic evidence of what was sent, when it was delivered, who sent it, and to whom—eliminating the uncertainty and operational overhead of traditional postal services.

The e-Delivery process combines speed, security, and legal certainty in a seamless digital workflow. Recipients are verified within minutes through the Evrotrust mobile app or integrated mobile SDK, ensuring documents reach the correct, fully identified individual. Once verified, documents—whether HR papers, invoices, contracts, regulatory disclosures, or official notices—are delivered within seconds through fully encrypted channels. Every delivery generates a complete, tamper-evident audit trail with delivery receipts that meet all eIDAS requirements for qualified electronic delivery. This eliminates lost mail, courier delays, lost delivery evidences, and manual handling while providing organizations with indisputable legal proof and regulatory assurance.

Organizations across regulated industries rely on e-Delivery for high-assurance communications where timing, identity, and content integrity are critical.

Banking and financial institutions use it for loan agreements and regulatory disclosures; insurance providers deliver policies and claims documentation; telecom and utilities communicate contract changes and billing statements; public sector entities send administrative acts and official notices; and legal professionals transmit time-sensitive documents like summonses and formal notifications.

The service integrates seamlessly into existing enterprise and public-sector workflows, functioning as a standalone solution or embedded within current systems—all while maintaining full compliance with eIDAS and GDPR requirements. By replacing traditional delivery methods, e-Delivery significantly reduces operational costs while elevating document delivery from an administrative task to a legally certain, high-reliability communication channel recognized across the European Union.
